"On august 11, 2006 I was involved in an accident on my 2004 Road King. I had service work done in the past at Gowanda Harley and had been impressed with thier customer service. So it was a no brainer that my bike would be fixed there. The Service Department went above and beyond in my estimation-specifically Jana-with whom I had numerous phone conversations with concerning the repairs. Jana contacted the insurance company of the gentlemen that hit me and really kept things moving. Shawn also was great,a true professional- I never doubted that my bike would be restored to like new condition again- they didn't disappoint-it looks and runs great once more. In my dealings with Gowanda Harley over the years each and everyone of the staff there was attentive,friendly and very knowledgeable- its great to deal with such a high caliber of people. I would and do recommend Gowanda Harley to everyone. "

"My wife and I came to GHD about 10 months before we even bought our bike.The GHD staff spent alot of time with us even before we were in the "buying phase". When the time came for us to buy, we went right to GHD. We live within 13 miles of 3 other HD dealerships, But we still choose to go to GH.The people there are the best, They always have time to spend with us, and are all very knowledgable in their field, whether it is purchase, financing, parts and service, or motorclothes. As a bonus it's a great ride on a bike to get there!!"

"I was thinking about buying a new ultra classic next year so I sent an e-mail off to Gowanda Harley asking for some info. Bob Tiller answered back. I took a ride out to see Bob and the new bikes, and to my surprise, got a tour of the dealership. I have a 64 FLH, I dont know the new bikes at all. This guy spent time with me. I wasnt even buying this year.

I would like to commend Gowanda Harley Davidson on their dealership from top to bottom. The purchasing experience was terrific. Right from the beginning Alan was more than helpful and really listened to my wife, Laurie, on what she wanted. Never did we feel pressured to upgrade or buy something we did not want.
Also, the store Santa Claus at Gowanda H-D is terrific. My youngest daughter, Grace, is special needs. When Santa came out she ran right to him. He picked her up right away with a huge smile on his face. Grace squeezed her face right up against his and wouldn't let go. Your staff taking pictures and making us feel welcome was wonderful. All to often people don't know how to deal with special needs kids. Your staff and Santa are truly special.

"While home on leave from the Navy, I saw a derby cover design display. Getting close to retiring I inquired about a personal design I had in mind. The staff took my Retired Navy design and made the special order for me. They said it would be a couple weeks, but I had to go back to virginia. They called me in virginia and told me it was ready ( and turned out great ). I was going to see if I could have my brother pick it up when he offered to send it down to Virginia instead. Was I ever happy to see how wonderful it turned out. I retired last summer (2004) and moved back to WNY for quality family and friends time. In the fall the staff was able to get me on their short winter storage list (thank you again). I have been to many other HD dealers, both in the United States and some oversea's. It is the OUTSTANDING and FRIENDLY customer service that a person receive's at Gowanda HD by such a wonderful staff that makes them stand above the rest. I have other dealers closer, but it's worth the drive to Gowanda. And isn't that the point - the Ride !!!"
